• Browsing this website: this site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
• When you email us: we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Clients: business contact details, contract and invoicing information, and any data you share with us during an engagement.

2. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide our services
• To invoice, keep accounts and meet legal and tax obligations
• To protect the security of our systems

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Client data during engagements

Data we access while working on your systems is used only to perform the engagement, handled under the confidentiality and data-protection terms in your Engagement Agreement, and returned or deleted at its end as agreed.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, email and accounting providers), where required by law, or with your consent.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence and client records only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.

6. Your rights
